Hedon is the newest walk-in closet system by Giuseppe Bavuso for Rimadesio, introduced in 2025. Designed as a complete architectural environment, Hedon transforms the walk-in closet into a refined, made-to-measure living space. Defined by ultra-thin horizontal profiles, full-height upholstered panels, and integrated lighting, the system offers a level of material and spatial sophistication typically reserved for primary living areas.
Available in Las Vegas through Salone, Hedon is a fully custom closet system designed to adapt to each project with precision.
Architectural Design of the Hedon Closet System
The system is built around floor-to-ceiling aluminum panel structures clad in full-height upholstery — fabric, eco-leather, raffia, Litech, or lacquered glass. The proportions are deliberately minimal: horizontal elements are kept as thin as possible, giving the composition a graphic, architectural quality rather than the visual weight typical of closet systems.
What distinguishes Hedon is its approach to flexibility. Hedon introduces a fully integrated electrified structure, allowing cabinets, shelves, and accessories to be freely positioned along the wall and reconfigured over time. The same electrified system provides power to components with built-in LED lighting — both back-lit shelf strips and front-facing spotlights — without exposed wiring.

The Hedon walk-in closet system draws from Rimadesio’s extensive library of over 300 finishes, allowing for highly customized compositions.

Drawer units — both suspended and floor-standing — are constructed from extruded aluminum and can be finished with glass, lacquer, or wood fronts, with interiors lined in fabric or synthetic leather.

Panel widths include 800 mm, 960 mm, and 1280 mm, with heights customizable to the millimeter. Layouts can be configured as linear, L-shaped, U-shaped, or fully integrated into architectural niches.
Corner panels allow seamless transitions, while adjustable fillers ensure precise wall-to-wall installation.
